  • Participation in design team meetings and architectural programming.
  • Preliminary analysis of installation techniques to meet architectural/functional intent
  • Incorporation of mechanical spaces into project to minimize cost and disruption.
  • Preliminary coordination of mechanical trades
  • Conceptual budgeting at key intervals to ensure budget objectives are met
  • Development of Guaranteed Max Price (GMP) and detailed scope of work
  • Identify long lead equipment deliveries for early purchase
  • Identify and solve possible installation conflicts
