Modern mechanical systems have grown in complexity, and the needs of the end-users have also become more sophisticated. Budget estimates are developed throughout all phases of the project and regularly updated from previous estimates, becoming more refined and detailed as the design and construction plan is developed. Because the construction schedule has a great impact on the project, Doody ensures that the proper products are delivered and services are completed within the correct time frame. Doody constantly monitors all facets of mechanical work, including equipment deliveries and timely completion of a project's many phases. Throughout the course of a project we alert the customer, architect and general contractor of any areas of concern. We also work with customers to analyze all equipment with regard to quality, cost and delivery relative to the construction schedule and budget estimates. Doody's computerized estimating, job costing systems and payroll functions provide up-to-the-minute reporting of any issues that may affect the project budget.
