Certified Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ)

Backflow Preventing Systems

Under the guidelines of a Cross-Connection Control Program a backflow preventer is required when a director in-direct cross-connection in a public or private water system exists. The reduced pressure principle (RPZ) valve is designed for high-hazard installation where back-pressure and back-siphonage could occur and therefore must be tested prior to operation. Doody Mechanical has certified and experienced RPZ testers to ensure plumbing code requirements are met. Our professionals are available 24-hours every day in case of any emergency.
